HoT CoCoa!!
on tuesday morning i woke up and looked out the window: everything was covered with thick layer of snow! although beautiful to look at, it was bitterly cold. after walking from my dorm to the big building for school, i thought about how good a steaming cup of hot cocoa would be. because i am chairperson of the health and hygiene committee, i thought it might be somthing i could help coordinate. with betsy's help, we figured out how to make this a reality! before lunch, sage canyon prepared 50 cups of hot cocoa with marshmallows!!

everyone seemed to enjoy it a lot! it is always nice to have a yummy surprise, especially one like hot cocoa on a cold snowy day.
