new graduate

“Today I am advancing to graduate! It is crazy how fast the past six and a half months has gone by, but even more unbelievable how far I have come. Life before Diamond Ranch Academy was not true reality. I was going down the wrong path and letting it take over my life. I was falling into a place I never thought I would be able to come out of, but then I came to Diamond Ranch. I thought that I was hopeless and that no one could change me, but I was proven wrong. As my stay here continued, I began realizing I was losing the most important thing to me, which was my family. However, I’ve finally come to the conclusion that I wasn’t only losing my family, but also losing myself… I know that everything will work out.

Director level really opened my eyes and has shown me that I cannot change the past, but I can create my future. I realize why this program is a minimum of at least eight months because whenever you think you know if all, you are proven wrong and take in yet another life lesson. I have the basic tools to deal with everyday life and the confidence I have built for myself to return home and do well cannot be taken away. This program has changed my life, but all of it could not have been done without hard work, dedication, commitment, and being open to change. I feel I have learned and I am continuing to learn how to apply these things to my stay here at DRA and I want to show and help the other girls do the same. I have the utmost respect for Diamond Ranch Academy and it is nothing but an outstanding program and should be valued for what it can do. I have learned so much about myself, others, and life in general and because of that, I believe I am ready to learn what the last level can do for me, be a graduate, and serve others.”
